2. Intellectual Property

The Platform: The Platform and all content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other information (collectively, the “Materials”), are the property of Ashnet Consulting Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2.2. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, by submitting your Content to the Platform, you grant Ashnet Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASHNET CONSULTING PVT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. ASHNET CONSULTING PVT LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

4. Limitation of Liability

ASHNET CONSULTING PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ASHNET CONSULTING PVT LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT SUBMITTED BY YOU OR OTHERS.

5. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ashnet Consulting Pvt Ltd with respect to your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
