Dr. Reddy’s Acquires Haleon’s NRT Portfolio for £500

Indian pharmaceutical giant Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Nutritionals, Restoratives, and Digestive (NRT) portfolio of British healthcare company Haleon for £500 million (approximately Rs 4,900 crore). This strategic acquisition is expected to significantly strengthen Dr. Reddy’s presence in the fast-growing consumer healthcare space. The NRT portfolio includes well-known brands such as Sensodyne toothpaste, Centrum multivitamins, and Eno for heartburn. Dr. Reddy’s believes that this acquisition will provide them with a strong platform to expand their product offerings and distribution network in the global consumer healthcare market.
